Missing Oceanside Couple's Boat Found In Mexico

SAN DIEGO (AP) ― Authorities have found a fishing boat belonging to an Oceanside couple who went missing this week.

The Coast Guard says Josh Hartman's and Ana Martin's boat washed ashore Friday near Rosarito, a Mexican beach community 20 mile south of the border.

The couple were last seen heading out Thursday morning from Oceanside Harbor to fish for bait.

Hartman's mother says her son called that afternoon to say he caught a lot of fish and was heading back, but no one heard from him since.

The Coast Guard has now called off an aerial search for the boat.
