Cops Need Help To Find Missing Autistic Man

LOS ANGELES (CBS) ― Police sought the public's help in locating a 20-year-old Van Nuys man who is autistic and mildly mentally retarded.

Ernesto Robles was last seen on Friday at 5:20 p.m. in the area of Vanowen Street and Woodman Avenue in Van Nuys, according to Los Angeles police.

Robles, who speaks only Spanish, is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He has a scar on the right side of his head and was wearing a gray T-shirt and blue jeans.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts was asked to call Detective Anna Mullins at (213) 485-3581. On evenings and weekends, call (877) 529-3855.
