LA Hospital Evacuates 8 Patients Due To Wildfire

The most fragile patients at the hospital are bing moved first from the Olive-View UCLA Medical Center in Sylmar, and about 180 patients are left.

A hospital closest to the wildfire burning in Los Angeles is evacuating eight patients.
Carla Nino, a spokeswoman for Olive View-UCLA Medical Center in the Sylmar area, says ambulances are transporting the most fragile patients to other hospitals.
Those being moved Monday include six newborns, a heart bypass patient and another "medically fragile" patient. All eight are on ventilators.
The facility has about 180 patients left.
