Lief Arnesen Albaugh, 28, is one of three current or former Foshay staff members to be charged with sex-related felonies in recent months.

A band teacher at Foshay Learning Center in Los Angeles was ordered Wednesday to stand trial on two felony counts of possession of material depicting a minor engaging in sexual conduct.
Los Angeles police served a search warrant June 4 at 28-year-old Lief Arnesen Albaugh's home and school and allegedly found pictures on both his personal and district-issued laptop computers.
Albaugh is one of three current or former Foshay staff members to be charged with sex-related felonies in recent months.
Administrator Steve Thomas Rooney, 39, is awaiting trial on felony sex-related counts involving a former Foshay student and two girls at Markham Middle School, where Rooney became an assistant principal after leaving Foshay.
Alan P. Hubbard, 49, a dean at Foshay Learning Center, is awaiting a preliminary hearing on charges of obstruction of justice and being an accessory after the fact for allegedly covering up Rooney's alleged affair with the former Forshay student.
Albaugh was expected to return to court Oct. 1 for arraignment.
