Motorcyle Fatally Hits Pedestrian In Lennox
LOS ANGELES (CBS News) ―
Officials say that a motorcyclist hit and killed a female pedestrian Wednesday afternoon in Lennox.
Darryl Jacobs, a county fire inspector, said the accident occured approximately 1:25 p.m.
The victim was declared dead at the scene.
The accident happened where Lennox Boulevard runs under the San Diego
(405) Freeway.
The dead woman's name was withheld pending notification of her next
of kin.
Authorities were talking to the motorist at the scene to determine the cause of the accident.
