A man was arrested for allegedly molesting a young girl in an Arcadia bookstore.
Police arrested Jaime Elvis Elizondo, 33, of San Gabriel, on Wednesday following the alleged attack, which was captured on store surveillance tape.
He is suspected of inappropriately touching himself against the girl and was booked on suspicion of one count of committing lewd acts with a child.
Elizondo was being held on $100,000 bail.
