Inglewood Accident Ends In Tragedy

INGLEWOOD, Calif. A man died in a traffic accident in Inglewood early Tuesday morning, authorities said.

Paramedics were dispatched to the intersection of Century and Crenshaw boulevards around midnight, according to the county fire department. The man was declared dead at the scene, said Lt. Cheryl MacWillie of the coroner's office.

The circumstances of the death are being investigated.

The identity of the man is being withheld, pending notification of his relatives.
