A 67-year-old man who allegedly walked into a police station on Sunday and told officers he had just shot his former employer was charged Tuesday with murder.
Howard Huh was scheduled to be arraigned Monday afternoon in connection with the killing of Alex Huh, to whom authorities said he was not related.
Huh allegedly shot the victim with a 9 mm semi-automatic handgun and told desk officers at the Los Angeles Police Department's Hollywood Division that he had gone to the Beverly Hot Springs Spa and gotten into an argument with his former boss.
Police found Alex Huh's body at the spa, which is located at 308 N. Oxford Ave.
Prosecutors were asking that the defendant's bail be set at $2 million.
