5 Vehicles Burn In Hollywood Garage Fire
HOLLYWOOD
At least five vehicles burned today when a row of garages caught fire in Hollywood, a city fire official said.
The fire was reported at 5:02 p.m. at 6107 W. Afton Place, near Vine Street, said Brian Humphrey of the Los Angeles Fire Department.
With 49 firefighters on the scene, the blaze was confined to the garages
and vehicles and knocked down in 23 minutes, Humphrey said.
No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire was unknown.
