Hermosa Beach Man Gored In Spanish Bull Run

A Hermosa Beach man has been seriously gored during Spain's annual running of the bulls.
Air Force Captain Lawrence Lenahan, 26, was gored in the buttocks and his brother was gored in the leg by the same bull on Thursday.
Speaking from a hospital bed in Madrid, Lenahan says he used his shirt to wrap his brother's leg. Lenahan also says he believes he and his brother underestimated the danger of the annual run in Pamplona.
Lenahan's brother, Michael, had recently overcome cancer and his father says he decided to run with the bulls because he wanted to "live life to the fullest."
Unfortunately, one bull separated from a pack of 12 bulls and steers -- the most dangerous thing that can happen. The bull gored a total of 13 people during its run.
