Police Sunday were asking for the public's help in finding a gunman who shot two men in Glassell Park, police said.
Ricardo Jaquez, 27, and Luis Ortega, 26, were shot in the 3100 block of North San Fernando Road, near Fletcher Drive, about 6:20 p.m. Saturday, according to Lt. David Young of the Los Angeles Police Department's Northeast Station.
Officers responded to the location and found the two victims suffering from gunshot wounds, Young said.
Jaquez suffered multiple wounds to his mid- and lower torso, and Ortega was struck once in the head, he said.
Both victims were taken to hospitals, where they were listed in serious condition, Young said.
