The California Highway Patrol is revising the number of vehicles damaged in a fog-related pileup near Fresno.
Officers say the number of damaged vehicles in Tuesday morning's crash is closer to 18, not 50, as originally reported.
The accident temporarily shut down part of the southbound lanes of Highway 99 in Kingsburg.
Ten victims were transported to local hospitals with minor to moderate injuries.
Officers Joseph Miller says three people had to be extracted from a car that slammed into a big rig.
Among those involved in the crash was a bus of tourists from Canada on their way to the Ag Expo in Tulare.
