First Lady, Maria Shriver, wants to help put more money in Californians' pockets.
Shriver has launchedÂ
WeConnect.net to bring attention to California's programs to help working families. The site focuses on highlighting state programs like the Earned Income tax credit, WIC and food stamps that can help tide families over in the event of a layoff or other type of job loss.
Shriver saysÂ
WeConnect.net will allow Californians to go online and find out what they're eligible for.
