LAPD Identifies Woman Shot Near LAX

LOS ANGELES (CBS) ― On Wednesday, police identified a woman who was found fatally shot in a 1999 Honda Accord near Los Angeles International Airport.

Tina Marie Gatlin, 45, was discovered seated in the car in the 11000 block of Vista Del Mar in Playa Del Rey shortly before midnight, police said.

There were no witnesses to the incident and the motive was not known.

Anyone with information on the shooting was asked to call homicide detectives from the LAPD's Pacific Division at (310) 482-6313.
