The Celebrity Web site People.com reportedly confirmed that Farrah Fawcett has been hospitalized since Thursday.
According to Celebrity gossip Web site Radaronline, which broke the story, the 62-year-old actress was admitted to a Los Angeles hospital after battling cancer for almost three years, it was reported Sunday.
Fawcett was reportedly surrounded by loved ones.
In September 2006, the former "Charlie's Angels" star was diagnosed with anal cancer. Four months later, she stated that she was cancer-free but in May 2007, the disease returned.
Fawcett traveled to Germany for alternative treatment, where she documented her experiences and shared footage with entertainment television shows in early 2008.
The name of the hospital was not identified.
