Suspected DUI Driver Killed In Rollover Crash

  A suspected drunken driver was killed in a rollover crash in Newport Beach.

The driver, a 37-year-old man, was traveling south on Dove Street when he lost control of his silver 2004 Mercedes-Benz and went off the road. The vehicle overturned near Bowsprit Drive, a police dispatcher said.

The man, whose name was withheld pending notification of his next of kin, was declared dead at the scene.
