Man Shot To Death At Covina Apartment Complex
COVINA, Calif.
A man was shot to death at an apartment complex in Covina, authorities said Wednesday.
Edward Galvan, 23, of Covina, died at the scene of the crime, which occurred about 11:20 p.m. Tuesday at 135 N. Vicino Drive, Covina police Sgt. Dave Foster said. Galvan lived in the neighborhood, Foster said.
Investigators were unsure of a motive for the shooting, which occurred during a confrontation between two groups of men, Foster said.
Two vehicles were seen leaving the area: a light-colored SUV, and a dark sedan, possibly a Toyota.
