As many as 10 people were hurt on the Golden State (5) Freeway Sunday when six cars and a tanker carrying a bulk load of milk collided just south of San Fernando.
Los Angeles City firefighters say three people suffered moderate injuries in the crash, which happened at about 1:15 p.m. on the southbound freeway near Terra Bella Street in Arleta.
Four persons were taken to nearby hospitals for treatment, and all five lanes of the southbound freeway were closed for half an hour south of the Ronald Reagan (118) Freeway.
