12 Injured When MTA Bus, 2 Cars Collide

LOS ANGELES (AP) ― Authorities say a city bus and two compact cars have crashed in Los Angeles, leaving a dozen people with minor injuries.

Fire department spokeswoman d'Lisa Davies says the vehicles collided near the Baldwin Village section of the city on Monday afternoon.

She says two ambulances were at the scene to treat passengers, some of whom have already boarded another MTA bus.

Davies did not immediately know how the accident occurred, and whether the injured included anyone from the small cars.
