Kevin Federline doesn't want ex-wife Britney Spears driving their sons around.
Federline's attorney mark Vincent Kaplan made the request to a court commissioner during today's custody hearing for the pop star and her ex.
Commissioner Scott Gordon says he won't make any changes to the couple's existing custody arrangement, but he emphasized that a drug testing lab must be able to reach Spears at a single telephone number.

The request for spears to stop driving with the kids will be discussed at a hearing on November 26th.
Spears and Federline were not at the hearing.
