Male Body Found In Palm Desert Dumpster

PALM DESERT, Calif. (CBS) ― Sheriff's deputies are investigating the death of man whose body was found in a dumpster at a Palm Desert apartment complex as a possible homicide.

Sheriff's investigators were called to 1 Quail Place at 72600 Fred Waring Drive after 8 a.m., according to Riverside County sheriff's Deputy Herlinda Valenzuela.

"It's considered suspicious and being investigated as a homicide," Valenzuela said.

The man's identity is being withheld until his next of kin can be notified.
