"The syndicated television magazine "The Insider" reported the 34-year-old actor filed for divorce from Robin Ribeiro Wednesday in Los Angeles Superior Court, citing irreconcilable differences.

Ribeiro is seeking joint custody of the pair's three-year-old daughter Sienna, with physical custody going to the child's mother. He intends to maintain visitation rights.
