An Oregon man has been convicted of sexually assaulting two teenage girls in an Orange County home eight years ago.
Trevor Jordan Shaw told the victims he would kill them if they didn't do as he commanded. He was linked by DNA to the 2001 attacks.
The 39-year-old Roseburg, Ore., defendant was convicted Wednesday on sex counts, burglary and dissuading a victim. He faces 50 years-to-life in prison when he's sentenced March 13 in Westminster Superior Court.
The prosecutor says the victims were 14- and 15-years-old when they were awakened by an intruder in the middle of the night, threatened and sexually attacked.
Shaw was linked to the incident in 2006 when his DNA matched a sample from a similar crime in Oregon.
