LAKE ELSINORE, Calif. (CBS) ―
Four people were under arrest on Sunday in connection with two separate murders in the Lake Elsinore area of west Riverside County, according to the Sheriff's Department.
Jeffery Scott Klinefelter, 42, of Lakeland Village, was arrested Saturday on suspicion of murder and a weapons violation in connection with a male found shot to death late Friday in a vehicle in the 15000 block of Grand Avenue, sheriff's officials said.
Shari Lynn Stokes, 46, of Corona, was arrested in the same incident on suspicion of conspiracy.
No information on the victim was immediately available.
Meantime, Eusebio Fierros Jr., 18, of Perris, was arrested on suspicion of murder Wednesday in connection with the death of an 85-year-old resident of rural Good Hope.
The California Highway Patrol had impounded the victim's vehicle on Tuesday, and detectives found evidence of foul play in the vehicle and discovered that Fierros had been driving it, sheriff's officials said.
After being interviewed, Fierros led detectives to the victim's body in Good Hope on Wednesday, sheriff's officials said.
Juan Ramon Coronado, 20, of Perris, was arrested Friday night on suspicion of murder in connection with the death.
