Rose Parade Prompts Some Freeway Ramp Closures

Several freeway on and off-ramps in Pasadena were scheduled to close Thursday night and reopen after the Rose Parade, according to officials.
The Orange Grove Boulevard off-ramp from the eastbound Ventura (134) Freeway will be closed from 8 p.m. until 11 a.m. Friday. The Orange Grove on-ramp to the westbound Ventura Freeway will close at 8 p.m. until noon Friday, according to Caltrans.
The eastbound and westbound Sierra Madre Boulevard off-ramps from the Foothill (210) Freeway will be closed from 8 p.m. to 4 p.m. Friday.
The southbound Del Mar Boulevard off-ramp from the Long Beach (710) Freeway will close at 8 p.m. and reopen at about noon Friday.
The northbound Del Mar and California boulevards on-ramps to the (710) Freeway will also be closed starting at 8 p.m. It will reopen at about 10 a.m. Friday.
