Is There A Healthful Version Of The French Fry?

(CBS) Most Americans love French fries... but did you know that there are healthier versions of the favorite food?

An article posted on WebMD looked at which fast-food restaurants served fries with the lowest calories,  highest fiber content and lowest sodium content.

According to an expert, who observed 14 different fast-food joints, Sonic Drive-In's french fries appeared to be the healthiest with 220 calories for a regular serving.

Sonic was also number one for two other factors: lowest calories from fat and lowest fat grams.

McDonald's small serving of french fries came in second on WebMD's list.
