Yum! Girl Scout Cookies Made Into Gourmet Desserts

COSTA MESA, Calif. (CBS) ― Girl Scout Cookie season is underway in full force!

But while many of us love those cookies just the way they are, one executive chef and a team of students are creating gourmet desserts using the tasty treats.

Some of the gourmet desserts James Woodfork, the chef at The Clubhouse, created are: lemon bars, chocolate éclairs, and almond fudge with thin mint crust.
