1 of 59 : Not quite the glamorous and beautiful Heather Locklear we are used to seeing in photos. Locklear, the popular "Melrose Place" and "Dynasty" actress, shown here in her police booking photo, was arrested on the afternoon of September 27 on suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance in the upscale Santa Barbara area of Montecito. Police got a call that a woman was driving erratically in a parking lot and found Locklear sitting in a car when police determined she was allegedly "under the influence of something." TMZ reported that Locklear had spent the weekend with beau Jack Wagner, her former "Melrose Place" co-star and they noticed she was sporting a humongous diamond ring on her engagement hand. Locklear's ex, Bon Jovi's Richie Sambora, was busted for his own DUI in March 2008.
