According to Adult Video News magazine, XXX performer Brian Surewood (real name Gilbert Brian Barnes) was involved in an October 2007 road rage crash in Reseda that took the life of a 5-year-old boy. Barnes, 44, pleaded not guilty to the eight counts against him. Reportedly, a car driven by 19-year-old Armando Gaboa Ayon slammed into a car driven by Barnes which caused his car to hit a parked car which, in turn, hit the dead boy and his mother and sister, injuring them both. Barnes, of Northridge, was charged with vehicular manslaughter, leaving the scene of an accident and reckless driving. This is a shot of Barnes at his arraignment.
