Actor Ashton Kutcher woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning.
Normally, without the long lens of a particularly cheeky paparazzi, the world would not have known this. But, thanks to the increasingly popular social media Web site Twitter.com, followers of Kutcher were given front row seats to watch the drama unfold.
It seems that Kutcher's next door neighbor is in the midst of housing construction. Crew members began work at 7 a.m., and upon waking up to the sound of hammers, Kutcher took to the Twitterverse to lodge his complaints.
With additional commentary provided by wife and fellow Twitter-user, actress Demi Moore, the Web has produced a new kind of view into the not-so-private lives of these two celebrities.
Transcript from Kutcher's Twitter account as of midday Thursday:

Kutcher also posted a video on his
Qik.com site (note: graphic language), pointing out his neighbor's construction and explaining he was recording it for "legal purposes." He later explained to his Twitter followers that he was just joking around.
Once news began to spread about Kutcher's posts, the star responded from where the buzz began.
"I can't have any fun with out it ending up on the post," he posted to
Twitter. "it's a joke people not news."
Other celebrities who make regular use of Twitter include John Cleese, Greg Grunberg, Wil Wheaton, Levar Burton and MC Hammer.
