The 23-year-old star of ABC Family's frat house series "Greek" may be living his character in real life.
Police say Scott Michael Foster, who plays Kappa Tau president Cappie, was arrested in Hollywood at 12:20 a.m. Monday on suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving.
Police say he was pulled over at Sunset and Cherokee.
Los Angeles police Officer Sara Faden says Foster was released on $5,000 bail around 5 a.m. He's due in court August 11th.
Illinois native Foster also sings in a band called Siren's Eye.
