"Kevin would like the children to be able to experience Christmas, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day with both himself, as well as their mom, and arrangements have been made for a schedule we believe will accommodate them," Kevin Federline's lawyer said.

Kevin Federline and Britney Spears will each get face time with their
kids over the holidays, Federline's lawyer tells Extra.
"Kevin would
like the children to be able to experience Christmas, Christmas Eve,
Christmas Day with both himself, as well as their mom, and arrangements
have been made for a schedule we believe will accommodate them," he
said.
The lawyer also said that he's not worried about Spears' failure to
show up to a recent court-ordered deposition due to illness; he just
wants to wrap up the child custody battle between the pop star and her
ex-husband.
"If you don't obey a court order, you can be held in contempt," he
said. "We're not really interested in punishing her," he said. "We're
interested in getting facts and information that are inconsistent with
her position or consistent with my client's position."
