Britney Spears and Kevin Federline have hashed out a holiday deal for Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, to spend Wednesday with their mother and Thursday with their father. According to TMZ, Spears will also be able to visit her children early Thanksgiving Day.
In a closed hearing, a judge ruled Monday that Spears is not allowed to drive her children. The decision comes in the wake of a slew of auto incidents in recent weeks. Britney Spears allegedly ran over three people's feet with her car within the past month. The Los Angeles Times reported at least one of the run-ins is under investigation because the star allegedly left the scene of the accident.
Last month Spears ran over the foot of a TMZ.com photographer, whose "tire-tracked" sock was later put up for auction. Early this month Spears allegedly ran over a deputy's foot while leaving the Los Angeles County Superior Court following a custody hearing. The Los Angeles Times reports Spears ran over the foot of a photographer as the celebrity left the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills last Thursday.
