A driver, who pulled a number of dangerous maneuvers Monday, peacefully surrendered to authorities after leading them on a high-speed pursuit.
Both the California Highway Patrol and the Ventura County Sheriff's Department had chased the vehicle, which was described as a white Chevrolet landscaping truck.
The 45-minute pursuit went through Thousand Oaks and Moorpark.
The suspect hit speeds of about 68 miles per hour on surface streets and 100 miles per hour on the highway, according to Derek Bell, who was overhead in Sky 9.
It was unclear why the chase initially ensued.
No other information was immediately available.
