Stolen Car Suspect Arrested At End Of Pursuit

LOS ANGELES (CBS) ― A stolen car suspect was arrested after leading police on a high speed chase that began in Inglewood and ended in South Los Angeles, according to broadcast reports.

The pursuit ended around 10 p.m. at 104th Street and McKinley Avenue when the suspect crashed a stolen red vehicle into several parked cars and rolled up on a sidewalk fence alongside a house, according to broadcast reports.

The chase reached speeds of 60 to 80 mph on Century Boulevard, according to broadcast reports.

Inglewood police arrested the driver following the crash, according to broadcast reports.

The vehicle was reportedly stolen from a Food 4 Less market in the Inglewood area, according to broadcast reports.
